Epic garment is a manufacturing Enterprise being capable of conducting Design, R&D, Manufacturing, and Import & Export on high end dress shirts. It is located at the beautiful beach city Rizhao in Shandong province China where possess unique geographical advantage with both continental and oceanic transportation convenience. The factory building covers 6,600 square meters and has near 300 skillful shirts operators with annual capacity of 2 million pieces of brandy shirts such as Marks & Spenser, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, Jack&Jones, Lands’ End, etc. Epic adopts the worlds most advanced operational concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, 6-Sigma and SPC techniques aiming to turn itself into a world class international enterprise.
By equipping state of art machineries, tools and jigs, Epic mainly produces men’s dress shirts. Occasionally, casual shirts and lady’s fashion tops can be also produced per customer needs. Except the skillful workforces, Epic employed a top senior merchandising team who has the capability of understanding not only the nature of shirt but also the exact customized requirement. Plus, Epic’s corporate language is English which demonstrats its unique advantage to establish the fastest communication with the world at the best accuracy. Through subcontracting and corporation, Epic is also being capable of providing functional shirts such as wrinkle free, nano-care as well as garment dye shirts in order to satisfy the different needs from various customers and markets.
